this is Clammy Pete. You can find him at the Sunshine Stamps Esty Store I colored the image with SU Pastel Chalks. I got the Background from Dustin Pike Images called Under the Sea, I thought that that Background Image worked Perfectly for Clammy Pete. The Bubbles are Blue Dew Drops and the Sentiment is from SU.
